Custom Precision Parts Manufacturer for Global Engineering Teams

Mecvona manufactures custom metal and plastic precision components based on your drawings, materials, tolerances, and application requirements.

Your Drawings Stay Confidential

Every drawing and specification is treated as confidential. NDAs available on request before you share sensitive design data.

Consistent, Documented Quality

Verified at every stage on CMM and optical systems. Inspection reports and material certs delivered with your order.

Global Shipping & Export

We routinely ship custom precision parts to North America, Europe and Asia, with export documentation and protective packaging.

Custom Precision Parts Built Around Your Drawings, Materials & Application Requirements

Mecvona is not a standard-parts catalog. We manufacture custom precision components to your drawings, samples or application needs — selecting the right process, material and finish for each part.

Custom by Drawing

Send 2D/3D drawings, models or physical samples. We review geometry, tolerances and critical features before quoting — not generic catalog items.

Process Selection & DFM

Engineering review and DFM match each part to turning, milling, Swiss, turn-mill, 5-axis, grinding, honing or finishing for the right cost and quality.

Prototype to Production

From first articles and small batches to ongoing mass production, with consistent inspection, documentation and on-time delivery support.

Precision Manufacturing Services

A complete machining toolset under one supply partner — so each feature on your part is produced by the most suitable process.

CNC Milling Services

3-, 4- and 5-axis milling for prismatic parts, housings, brackets and tight-tolerance features.

Swiss CNC Machining

Swiss-type turning for small, slender, high-volume precision parts down to ±0.005 mm.

Turn-Mill Machining

Combined turning and milling in one setup for complex parts — fewer operations, tighter feature alignment.

5-Axis CNC Machining

Simultaneous 5-axis work for complex geometries and angled features in a single, accurate setup.

Grinding, Honing & Finishing

Precision grinding, honing, electropolishing, anodizing, passivation and heat treatment for final spec.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions overseas buyers ask most before sending an RFQ.

What is your typical lead time?

Lead time depends on part complexity, material and quantity. Prototypes are typically ready within days, while production orders generally ship in a few weeks. We confirm a firm timeline with every quotation.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We support both low-volume prototype runs and high-volume production. There is no rigid MOQ for most parts — we quote single prototypes through to ongoing mass production.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept STEP, IGES, X_T, DWG, DXF and PDF. For the fastest, most accurate quote, include a 3D STEP model with a 2D drawing specifying critical dimensions, tolerances and surface finish.

What tolerances can you hold?

Our Swiss and CNC turning processes can achieve tolerances down to ±0.005 mm on suitable features and materials, depending on geometry and material. We review this during DFM before quoting.

How do you protect our IP?

We treat all customer drawings and specifications as confidential and sign NDAs on request before reviewing sensitive designs. Your files are never shared outside the team working on your project.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We regularly ship to North America, Europe and Asia and handle the required export documentation. Parts are packaged to protect critical surfaces and dimensions during transit.
